CLASS DETAILS

  • All classes are 45min including warm-up and cool down.
  • Book ahead of time on the Motiv member app and check in on arrival.
  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for bike setup.
  • Bring clean sneakers and a water bottle.

  • Spin classes are always FREE as part of your full access Motiv membership.

ASHLEY
Tues & Thurs  9 am – Empower
Tap into your strength and your mindset during this 45-minute ride that will leave you feeling energized and inspired.  Ignite your inner strength and confidence with this empowering spin class. This class will challenge both your physical and mental endurance, leaving you feeling uplifted and ready to take on whatever your day throws at you. 

KERRY
Monday 5:30 pm – Strength + Spin 

Join us for a cycling experience that combines cardio and light hand weights for upper-body strength, creating a well-rounded and effective total-body workout that will leave you excited for more!

Wednesday 5:30 – Classic / Foundations
Classic rides set the foundation and are for everyone. With a balanced mix of strength, endurance & some extra challenges along the way. You will get out of your comfort zone and push yourself to new levels with each ride.

Saturday 8:30 am – Elevate
Boost your Saturday morning with an energizing ride that blends dynamic workouts, motivating music, and a supportive community. Boost your mood and fitness levels, making every pedal stroke a step towards a stronger you.

MARIKA
Mon & Wed 12pm – Power Express
Reclaim your lunch break! Join us at noon for a 45 min fast-paced, high-intensity ride that will recharge your afternoon, and leave you feeling empowered for the rest of the day.

Tuesday 7:00 pm – Performance Ride
Up your game with our power & performance rides that will push your limits and challenge your mind and body. This evening class is designed to enhance your cardiovascular fitness and improve your overall cycling skills.

CHLOE
Friday 12pm – Feel Good Friday
Celebrate the end of the week with us! Friday’s class is designed to lift your spirits and leave you with a sense of accomplishment.  Experience the joy of an engaging ride set to energizing beats, creating a positive start to your weekend while nurturing a sense of well-being.
